About Table Rock Lake Water Level
Table Rock Lake is one of the most popular recreation lakes in the Midwest, located in the Ozark Mountains of southwestern Missouri and northwestern Arkansas. Created in 1958 by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Table Rock Dam on the White River, the lake covers 43,100 acres with 745 miles of pristine shoreline.
The lake's crystal-clear water, stunning Ozark scenery, and proximity to Branson, Missouri make it one of the top vacation destinations in the heartland. With a full pool elevation of 915 feet above sea level, Table Rock Lake is managed for flood control, hydroelectric power, and recreation.
Table Rock Lake is consistently ranked as one of the best bass fishing lakes in America. The clear, deep waters support excellent populations of largemouth bass, spotted bass, smallmouth bass, white bass, crappie, and bluegill. The lake hosts major bass tournaments year-round.
Popular activities include boating, swimming, scuba diving (visibility often exceeds 20 feet), and houseboating. Major marinas include State Park Marina, Indian Point Marina, and Big Cedar Lodge Marina. The lake is also close to Silver Dollar City and other Branson attractions.
